We cater events from finger food cocktails to elegant 5-course menus, with a soft spot for convivial sharing-style dinners and picturesque buffets setups.

With culinary training from Hotel School 'Ter Duinen' in Koksijde and in Michelin-starred kitchens, Lander brings a unique blend of classic French techniques and global influences to the table.

And because every event is unique, we're always happy to customize our menus to perfectly fit the occasion and our clients' expectations.

Event Design

We love crafting unique ambiances with vintage china pieces, modern tableware and seasonal flower arrangements.

Our design services encompass everything atop the table, from dinnerware to decoration, and can be booked individually or be paired with catering.

Hi. We are Marie and Lander.

After many travels and work experiences in exotic destinations such as St. Barths, Costa Rica, Bora Bora, and Newport - Rhode Island, we settled in Belgium in 2023 with a strong desire to create a new form of catering – one that honors tradition yet innovates in flavors and aesthetics.

Our ingredients are sourced from the Belgian and European terroir, while our cooking recipes draw inspiration from classic French, Italian, and world cuisines. We specialize in crafting delicate reinterpretations of European classics. Our dinnerware comes from the esteemed collections of Europe's grand china manufacturers, and we adorn our events with seasonal flowers. While we stay abreast of trends, we infuse them with our unique style.
